Hey girly~!!
It's BB my loves, back with another tip for you~!! ♥♬

Everyone goes through their fair share of hardships in life.
Don't think it's just you hon.
Sadly, the world does not revolve around just us. ;)
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
#STEP NUMBER ONE::
You have to remind yourself, that you do not have the worst situation. Trust me, you could be worse off. Remind yourself of the reasons you should be happy, instead of counting the reasons why you shouldn't be. :)
#STEP NUMBER TWO::
Talk about it. We've all been told this by our parents, as they always like to know what's going on in your life. And believe, me they have a good reason. If I was a parent, I would probably want to know every detail of my kid's life. But if you don't feel comfortable telling your Mom, or Dad, tell your friends. Whatever you do, just don't keep it bottled up inside.
Being strong is not hiding your deepest problems.
Being strong is being able to tell people what's wrong.
#STEP NUMBER THREE::
Arrange a gathering with your friends.
One thing I love doing when I feel sad is having a movie/ TV marathon with my friends. :) I tend to watch Disney movies, or something funny and uplifting. If it's a boy problem though, a romantic comedy would be best. With TV shows, I suggest a drama that you and your friends enjoy, and watch it in PJS while stuffing food in your mouth. Yogurt helps too. ^-^ I personally love Pretty Little Liars though if you need a suggestion. :)
#STEP THREE::
Get off the computer and go outside right now.
Sunbathe, listen to music, go for a jog, there are lots of things you could do to keep yourself distracted from your problems. I suggest a jog through the park at around nine in the morning. Make sure it's sunny though. ^-^
That crisp fresh air will just put you in a great mood. And don't forget to swing by the coffee shop afterwords and flirt a bit with that cute guy behind the counter. ;)
That's my advice at least. :)
I'm a naturally happy person, or optomistic, so I always believe that the glass is half full.
If any of you are having any problems at all, please feel free to PM us. ^-^
My Advice Counter is open, and it's rumored to have good service. ;)
Sleep well guys~!
